    The answer is freezing and condensation. The motion of atoms will decrease when the temperature of a substance is lowered. The lower the temperature is, the slower the motion of atoms is. They have less kinetic energy.

    Therfore, only freezing and condensation is a change of state from higher temperature to lower temperature.
