    Amplitude of a sine wave = RMS voltage*Sqrt (2) = 10.6*Sqrt (2) = 14.99 V ≈ 15 V

    Therefore,

    Range of values of resulting wave = 24 + / - Amplitude

    Then,

    Maximum value of the resulting wave = 24+15 = 39 V

    Minimum of the resulting wave = 24-15 = 9 V
