While watching the crane in operation, an observer mentions to you that for a given load there is a maximum angle θmax between 0∘ and 90∘ that the crane arm can make with the horizontal without tipping the crane over. is this correct?

    i believe this could be correct. BUT not safe. i myself would never give the okay on the given scenario. not safe for the company whom may be running the crane nor the person operating the crane, so in my opinion the answer is NO because given the crane may have the ability to perform the gesture, it should not be done
