Which explains how fossils for used as evidence about the theory of continental drift

    When the continental drift occured, it moved all the land on earth around, therefore changing climates. If fossils of animals are found on a certain continent that doesn't support that species, it proves the drift happened because the climate used to be suitable for them, but now is not.

    Scientist use fossils because they put them in one area but find them halfway across the world meaning there use to be animals moving around and couldn't have swam across the sea so it shows everything was once together, Pangaea, and animals moved across the land before it split.
