The speed for someone to hear the bat is categorized by the Doppler Effect. In order for a person to hear the bat v would have to be the speed of sound in the air (340/m/s) and v_b would be the speed of the bat. Therefore, v_b = v (f_bat - f_obs) / f_obs = 85 m/s would be the answer.
