    The formula for the acceleration due to gravity is:

    a = Gm/r²

    where

    G is the universal gravitational constant = 6.6726 x 10⁻¹¹ N-m²/kg²

    m is the mass of venus

    r is the radius of venus

    Substituting the values,

    a = (6.6726 x 10⁻¹¹ N-m²/kg²) (4.88x10²⁴ kg) / (6.06x10⁶ m) ²

    a = 8.87 m/s²
