The U. S. has an alternating current frequency of 60 Hz. China has an alternating current frequency of 50 Hz. This means that

the number of times voltage cycles in a minute in the U. S. is greater than the number of times voltage cycles in China.

the peak voltage in China is smaller than the peak voltage in the United States.

The number of times voltage cycles in a minute in the U. S. is greater than the number of times voltage cycles in China.

    Explanation:

An alternating current frequency is the rate at which current changes direction per second that is 1 hertz is equal to 1 cycle per second.

so therefore in US we will have 60 cycle per second which will be 3600 cycle per minute.

while in china will be 50 cycle per second which is equivalent to 3000 cycle per minute.

Note: the more current change direction per sec the voltage more cycle we have.
