    j = l + s, l is angular momentum quantum no and s is spin quantum number.

    s = 1/2

    j = l + 1/2

    For j = 7/2

    l = 3

    l = 3 denotes f state

    For j = 9/2

    l = 4

    l = 4 denotes g state.
