How does an airbag change the momentum of the driver during a crash, compared to no airbag?

A) With an airbag, the driver's momentum is reduced by the slowed rate of deceleration, compared to no airbag.

B) Airbags provide a smaller force to slow the driver's speed, and for a longer of time, reducing impulse.

C) Airbags do not change the driver's momentum any more than it is without them.

    I believe that the answer for this would be that airbags do not change the drivers momentum any more than it is without them
