Zero for the resistor, V0 for the inductor

Explanation:

When the contact is made with the battery, the entire voltage will drop across the resistor because of its ideal nature, that is because of resistance being infinite. So, the voltage across the resistor is zero.

Hence, being an ideal inductor, it will allow whole voltage to cross across it and hence the voltage across the inductor is V0
