An instructor furiously cranks an electric generator to simultaneously power 5 electric light bulbs. Each 5.4 V bulb is drawing 0.14 A of current. Ignoring all resistance in the rest of the circuit, what is the power output of the instructor? Give your answer in watts.

    Explanation:

    P = V x I

    P = 5.4 x 0.14 = 0.756 W (One bulb)

    Total power output : 5 x 0.756 = 3.78 W
