    Oxygen diffuses into the blood at the site of the heart, and carbon dioxide diffuses into the blood at the site of the alveoli.

    Blood when circulates through body become rich in carbon dioxide, when it reach to lungs carbon dioxide is excrete through the process of diffusion and oxygen is absorbed. The blood with absorbed oxygen is again pumped to the body through artillery.
