Alexander has a mass of 70 kilograms. his apartment is on the second floor. 5 meters yo from ground level. How much work does he do against gravity each time he climbs the stairs to his apartment.

    potential energy gain = work done by alexander

    PE=mass*gravity * height

    PE=70kg*9.81*5=3433.5

    take g=9.81

    answer = 3433.5
