    His velocity when t = 3 sec is V = 1.56 m/s

    Explanation:

    a = 0.5 m/s²

    ω = 0.2 rad/s

    t = 3 sec

    Vr = a*t

    Vr = 1.5 m/s

    r = a*t²/2

    r = 2.25m

    Vt = w*r

    Vt = 0.45 m/s

    V = √ (Vr²+Vt²)

    V = 1.56 m/s
