A step-down transformer has 1027 turns on the side which draws from a high voltage line (2201 V). How many turns does it need on the low voltage side to supply a house with current at 120 V?

    I think it would be 56.

    Explanation:

    # of turns / 1027 = 120/2201

    # of turns = (120*1027) / 2201

    # of turns = 55.9927

    Basically ≈ 56?
