    The displacement is the change in position, or a displacement is a vector whose length is the shortest distance from the initial to the final position.

    Therefore,

    Displacement = final position - initial position.

    Given, final position = 15 m and initial position = 5 m

    So,

    Displacement = 15 m - 5 m = 10 m

    Thus, the car's displacement is 10 m
