    Answer - No it is false lunges would be included in isotonic exercises

    Explanation - Exercises that strengthen the muscles and put them in work come under the isometric exercises and when a person is doing this, the thigh muscles are put to work and these muscles are standard.

    Hence lunges are included in Isotonic exercises. The muscle is lengthened and the angle of joint also changes thereby exempting it from isometric exercises.
