Earth's gravitational constant 9.8 m / s², whereas in 1.6 m / s². If a piece of rock in the earth weighs 50 N, find:

a.) mass of rock in the earth

b.) rock mass on the moon

c.) heavy stone in a month

    1) M onearth = W/G = 50 N/9.8 = 5.1kgm

    2) M on the moon = 5.1 kgm (its constant doesn't depend on location)

    3) Its weight on the moon = M*g moon = 5.1 * 1.6 = 8.16 N
