    The electric force is given by:

    F = kQq/d², where k is 9 x 10⁹, q and Q are charges, d is the separation.

    d = √[ (9 x 10⁹ x 43.2 x 38.7) / 3.95 x 10⁶]

    d = 1,949 m

    d = 1950 m
