A 100 kg runner has less momentum than a 150 kg runner while running with the same velocity. what can the 100 kg runner do to increase his momentum?

    Momemtum = mass * velocity

    100kg runner's momentum;

    p = 100 * V = 100V

    150kg runner's momentum;

    p = 150 * V = 150V

    So, he has to speed up.
