What are the aplication of heating effect of electric current?

    - - toasting bread

    - - cooking on an electric stove

    - - blow-drying hair, with warm air that blows over an electrical heat coil

    - - curling iron (do girls use those any more?)

    - - electric heater keeps your feet warm under the desk in the Winter

    - - electric coffee percolator

    - - car cigarette lighter

    - - electric soldering iron to work on little electronic things

    - - infrared or 'heat' lamp, used to keep food warm in restaurants

    Tungsten bulb, Electric Iron Press ... As electricity passes through the wires (filament or nichrome respectively) they heats them and as a result filament lightens or Iron Press heats up.
