    Answer is d

    explanation:

    work done by the machine = F x d = 800 x 20 = 16000 J

    work done by mr. Franklin = W

    W x efficiency = 16000J

    W = 16000/0.8 = 20000 J

    distance travelled by Franklin = d_f

    W = 50N x d_f

    d_f = 20000/50 = 400
