Energy cannot be destroyed with the exception of the theoretical anti matter

So energy is conserved the meaning energy cannot be destroyed.

It means there will never be any more or less energy than

there is right now. Energy never appears or disappears.

    It just moves around.

If you're watching anything that involves energy ... a moving object,

a fire, a bunch of forces, an explosion, a moving car, a chemical

reaction, etc ... and you suddenly see more energy than there was

before, the extra energy had to come from somewhere. It couldn't

just materialize, because the total amount of energy doesn't change.

And if you suddenly see less energy there, then the missing energy

had to go somewhere. It couldn't just disappear, because the total

    amount of energy doesn't change.
