    B. Decreases.

As the molecules of the liquid excite to the amount of energy it is required to evaporate, they take energy from the molecules in the surrounding liquid. This causes the remaining liquid molecules to drop their energy (so that the ones evaporating may have it) and lose temperature.

    The answer is Decreasing.

This is because the molecules in the liquid slowly escapes when it undergoes the evaporation process. Molecules are no longer compact as it was during the liquid state. The average energy of the molecules is lower, causing it to decrease in temperature.
