    A=Vf-Vi/t

    Vf=0m/s because it states that it comes to rest

    Vi=15m/s because that is the initial velocity before it starts to decelerate

    t=10s for quite obvious reasons

    Substitute in,

    a=15m/s/10s

    a=1.5m/s^2
