In ethical objectivism moral law is uncreated and eternal and not subject to any will, divine or human.

Ethical objectivism is a school of thought regarding ethics that states that morals are inherent and exist independently of people and consist of values that are eternal. They are opposed to moral relativists who mostly claim that what is moral is what the society deems to be moral which means different societies have different views on morality.
