    self-fulfilling prophecy refers to the prediction that we made for ourselves that indirectly making it to become true.

    For example, if a student keep telling herself that 'i would definitely fail the test no matter how hard i study', she would be most likely to be discouraged to do the studying and eventually fail the test, even though she might pass if she decided to study
