    False. Attrition is only an issue in the successive independent samples design and longitudinal designs. Attrition refers to samples decreasing over time and how they are less likely to be a good representation of the population that the sample was drawn from. Because of attrition, there are issues within the samples taken to survey these designs. However, there are issues still that relate to both that don't with attrition.
