    - Freedom from harm (Because the researchers told the subjects that they're gonna be treated for the illness, but actually given placebo)

    - Right to self-determination (The researchers initially lie to the subjects about what type of experiment they're conducting)

    - Right to fair treatment (some subjects were given the drugs in the next 6 months while the others were left in the dark for 40 years)
