    Primary groups are small groups that are made of very close people often family members, peers or environmental associations.

    The groups maintains control over each other through existence of shared values and concern for one another. primary groups are held together by shared values, norms and shared responsibility for each other. these values can range from friendship, intimacy to environmental goals.
