Explain the differences between homicide, murder, non negligent manslaughter, and negligent manslaughter

    Homicide is the deliberate and illegal killing of someone by another person. Homicide is not always a crime. Murder is the premeditated killing of a person by another person. Murder is always a crime. Non-negligent manslaughter is the killing of a person by another person but may not be premeditated. Non-negligent homicide includes deaths during fights or quarrels. negligent manslaughter is the unintentional killing of another person, for example a death caused by a traffic collision.
