    Then your action is " Morally deficient".

    A man who is morally deficient is somebody who strolls the legitimate line remaining in the limit of the law yet wavers on the edge of perpetrating a wrongdoing against someone else making their life a "legalistic" one rather than an "moral" one, which if genuinely lived would require no laws to apply.
