    - The nation still do not possess a good amount of Skilled labor, so the stabilization program will most likely to only creates deficit without any potential income to back it up.

    - Often times, during the stabilization program, there are several figures that arose in the Government office who seek to take total control on the nation's political situation, which has a very high chance to lead into dictatorship.
