    I believe the correct answer would be D) Most people have access to medical care.

    The other options are either unobtainable, unlikely, or contrary to the idea of a developed country.

    A) All people are wealthy is unobtainable because that is simply not how things work. All people cannot be wealthy, or if they can, it's highly unlikely. While it would be nice for everyone to be wealthy, it's a very very difficult goal to accomplish. America is still ridden with poverty, yet it is still considered developed.

    B) Everyone is from a large family is highly unlikely and not indicative of a developed country. Using America as an example again, not everyone is from a large family, yet it is still considered a developed country. Everyone being from a large family is an arbitrary statistic that is not relevant to the question.

    C) Most people have little education is directly contrary to the idea of a developed country. If most people had access to education, it might be more correct.

    Therefore, D is the best answer.
