    The ethiopian emperor was advising and talking to the league of nation to move fast and stop Mussolini who had attacked Ethiopia. Mussolini was the fascist leader who controlled Italy in the 1930s. he attacked ethiopia in the year 1935. ethiopia had successfully overcome such a conguer under Menelik in the 1890's.
