Why do you think the selection of the jury in a trial is so important? If you were an attorney, what would you look for in a good juror?

    The jury is important because the jurors cannot know the defendant personally nor can they be discriminatory. If any jurors dislike the defendant due to his/her race, gender, etc. Then it is not a fair trial. The jurors must base their decision on the trial itself, not any opinion of the defendant.
