    Explanation:

    The Hindu conception of the society where an individual gets a place in social order determines by his birth and not merit is called caste system. Hindu society is consist of four varnas or caste in which the highest place is acquired by Brahmans and lowest by Shudras. As spirituality determines one birth in the next life therefore the Brahmanas (priestly class) would dominate the social order to eternity. This system was made to ensure a secure position in society by dominant groups. However modern democratic society have weakened this conception, it is still prevalent in some part of society.
