    Answer: Bail Bond.

    A Bail Bond is issued for an amount and someoone other than the person in jail has to go pay the Bail and be issued the Bond. The Bond insures the court and person paying the Bond that the person will show up for court in the near upcoming future. The Bail Bond is always given to the minor crimes.
