    Driving under the influence.

    Explanation:

Driving under the influence (DUI) is the crime or offense of driving or operating a motor vehicle while impaired by alcohol or other drugs, to a level that renders the driver incapable of operating a motor vehicle safely.

The criminal offense may not involve actual driving of the vehicle but rather may broadly include being physically in control of a car while intoxicated even if the person charged is not driving.

In this case they are speeding and a bottle of beer was found in their friend's pocket which is a clear case of D. U. I (Driving under the influence).

    Answer: Driving under the influence

Explanation: Driving Under the Influence is an highway crime perpetrated by a driver operating a vehicle while such individual has been weakened or made less effective due to alcohol or drug consumption making it unsafe for both the driver, motorist and other highway user. Driving Under the influence charges are made against people being in charge or control of the vehicle even when such individual isn't driving but shows signs of drunkenness or evidence of alcohol consumption.

In the scenario above, the driver was pulled over for speeding but the fact that a bottle of beer was found in their pocket makes them eligible to be charged for Driving Under the Influence (DUI).
