    B) Power distance

    Explanation:

Power distance is a concept that explains how people in a cultural society perceive power. In other words, it describes power distribution and its acceptance in society. In some cultures, individuals fully accept unequal distribution of power while in another, it is unacceptable. It was developed by Dutch Psychologist Geert Hofstede and is measured using power distance index where a high index would mean acceptance of a large gap between those in power and subordinates and otherwise.
