    1. Ethics is the branch of philosophy that study the issue of what is right and wrong in human affair.

    Strong sense of ethical responsibility is vital for public speaker because people will always watch and listen to you during speaking to see if you are following ethical procedures.

    2. The five guidelines for ethical speech making are:

    a. Setting ethically sound goals.

    b. Preparedness.

    c. Honesty in your speech.

    d. Avoid name-calling and abusive

    language.

    e. Practice ethical principles always.

    3. Global plagiarism is stealing ones own speech from another source or speaker and using it.

    Patchwork plagiarism is stealing other people's thoughts and speech using it as your own.

    Global plagiarism can be avoided by keeping your speech till last moment.

    Patchwork plagiarism can be avoided by simply acknowledgement of source.

    4. Incremental plagiarism is using other people idea or speech in a portion of your work or speech without giving them credit for their work.

    Ways it can be avoided is by acknowledging them at that particular instant it is made wether during speech or writing.
