    Explanation:

    Kohl-berg has been proposed a theory called moral development theory. Social contract orientation is the fifth stage of level third. At this stage, Kohl-berg defines social orientation in general rules and principles.

    It has been critically examined and agreed with the society. The rules are maintained in society for social order. The social rules should not be blindly followed.

    These rules should be set up by the social contract for the goodness of society. Right action is one of the right actions that protect a person by the social contract. Heinz's dilemma occur-ed there in this stage.
