    As Byzantine Empire was stretching across three continent, the Empire was influenced mt many different nations and cultures that lived on its ground.

    The previous era left an important mark on these areas, so the Roman, Hellenistic, Persian, Semitic and many other cultures were incorporated in the creation of the Byzantine culture, that dominated throughout the Middle Ages.
