    Answer&Explanation:

A developing country is the one which hasn't established their economical break through hence they has the least developed industrial base and low Human Development Index (HDI) when compared to other countries. HDI refers to life expectancy education and per capita income indicators.

-To address the issue of population growth these countries need to start empowering women or girls from a young age in a way that they are aware of their option as they grow up when it comes to making families. This means girls need to be equipped with necessary information on family planning and they need to be allowed to access such service.

-Encourage gender equity within marriage in such a way that women also have the right to decide on the number of babies they can have.

Improve the status of women in the economy in such that they let them have the freedom to persue careers or participate in economical issues.

-Improve their health service and access to tackle the issue of mortality.
