The theory of objects recognition which support it, is as follow:

    a. Feature Analysis Theory

    Explanation:

The option a is correct as feature analysis theory states that we our brain develops patterns to understand the objects. As there is no pattern difference between O and W but there is a little difference between O and Q so it is difficult to distinguish between O and Q. The option b is incorrect as Recognition by components states that we recognize the objects by separating them in smaller parts so it is not applicable here. The option c is not correct as subjective contour theory is about the visuals of object and is not related here. The option d is not correct as template matching theory states that we humans make a sketch of something, we saw for first time. Whenever, we look those objects again, then we refer towards that template in our minds.

    A. Feature analysis theory

    Explanation:

Feature analysis argues that we observe individual characteristics, or features, of every object and pattern we encounter. Recognition-by-components theory maintains that we sort objects into their component parts (3D shapes called geons) as a way of recognizing them.

Feature analysis theorizes the possibility that humans and animals have neurons and neural networks that function as detectors, observing the individual characteristics, or features, of every object and pattern we encounter.
