What individual rights should a government protect for its people?

    It would be the right to live, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

    Explanation:

    This very same rights were written under the United states' declaration of independence. It's often called unalienable rights since the government must protect them at all cost and the government cannot violate those rights under any circumstances.

    Things that government can do to ensure these rights are:

    - Createing a Law supremacy. Which means that all Individuals should be subjected to the same law regardless of their social standing/positon.

    - Managing law enforcement for physical protection in case such rights are violated bv another citizens.

    - Making sure that the citizens have the freedom to voice their own opinion and to pursue every life decisions that they're passionate about.
