    Command is defined, as that internal operations of personnel and resources of a determined agency, that operates vertically, with jerarchy.

    Whereas coordination brings closer agencies and resources to garantee an effective and quick response to emergencies.

    A standard called ICS formed as an approach to coordination, command and control responses that have a common criteria withini which people from multiple agencies can work effective.
