    You should not share it with people who

    1) do not have a proper preparation, that is, who are not professionals in the field

    2) who are not connected to the situation

    3) who know the person and don't need the information

    This excludes options B, C and D - and the correct answer is A!

    It is ok to do so because when we do this, we ensure that the coworker will also sensibly respond to the specific child in question.
