Human rights violation refers to upholding the dignity of every human person that exists here on Earth. It is giving each individual the equal right and benefit to be free from torture, distress, or any form of harmful acts. It is strictly prohibited in many international and domestic laws to cause harm to any human being.

Children's rights refer to giving them the proper attention, protection, and care. These children are those individuals who are considered as minors and are below the age of eighteen. Any child who is subjected to abuse, torture, trafficking, or is deprived with basic needs (i. e. shelter, food, clothing) is considered to be a violation of human rights.
