Why are Delegated Powers important

    Delegated powers are also called enumerated powers. It is the powers of Congress that is described in the Constitution. The powers are distributed in between the Legislative branch, the Executive branch, and the Judicial branch in such a way that they all have equal powers made sure by the checks and balances.
